1.  SD card socket:  Be sure to read the notes in the following folder for the ECB dual SD card:

           http://n8vem-sbc.pbworks.com/w/browse/#view=ViewFolder&param=doc%20SD%20card

You want the "configuration" PDF for SD card sockets, and soldered P4 jumper settings.

2.  R5 determines the current through the bi-color LED.  You may want to socket this component so you can change your mind.  If you use an LS driver, the resistor should probably be in the range 47-82 ohms.  If you use a CMOS driver, you will definitely have to increase this resistor to limit the current.  It may have to be in the range 220-390 ohms.

3.  The voltage dividers behind the SD socket use a 2700/4700 network.  This is what was used on the N8.  A 3000/5600 network will pull the logic 1 voltage input to the SD card a bit closer to the 3.3v rail.  These 2 networks (4 resistors:  2 x 4700 & 2 x 2700) should be socketed until further notice.

4.  The decoupling cap UNDER the PLCC socket may be placed on the back of the board -- if you have a cap that is flat enough.  I routed out the PLCC socket with a Dremel so its hole was big enough for the cap, insured that the cap would not interfere with seating the Z180, and was able to mount the cap in the hole.  Please post other creative solutions to mounting this part.  Or omit it.  (Cap-within-socket is a carryover from the mini-M68K CPU board.)

5.  It is very important that U25 be 74LS logic for the Reset circuit to work properly.  Only LS-TTL has hysteresis on the inputs.  (use 74LS240)

6.  There are two updates to the rev. 1.00 board dated 2013-12-30  and  2014-03-20.  See the appropriate "Update...txt" files in the rev. 1.00 folder.
